Cet après-midi, à l'accueil, j'explique.

Today, a huge disappointment.
Yesterday, I bought two pizzas and two slices of mozzarella (expired August 19th).
That evening, I opened the cheese. The slices were moldy on the underside.
This afternoon, I went to the customer service desk and explained the situation.
The very kind woman explained that fresh products are not refundable.
Okay, if the purchase was made a week ago and the expiration date has passed.
But in my case,
I'm not asking for a refund.
Just the right to receive a usable item.
Huge disappointment.
This is a fairly common problem, but it's the first time I've had to return it because I bought it yesterday and the packaging still said it was good until the 19th.

Grand et beau magasin.
Rayon propre.

Large and beautiful store.
Clean aisles.
Students are present every day.
Welcoming and friendly staff. A wide variety of products with a huge selection of items in the store.
It's hard to find better in the area.
The students are kind and polite, whether at the checkout or in the aisles, helpful, and knowledgeable about the store.
I thank the Delhaize in Frasnes-Lez-Gosselies for their warm welcome and kindness from beginning to end.
