Nous avons acheté une bouteille de vin Kirwan à 54,5 euros. Nous nous réjouissions de déguster ce vin en mangeant le soir. Nous avons ouvert la bouteille une heure à l'avance comme il se doit. Quelle ne fut pas notre déception en goûtant ce vin, à part une légère acidité nous ne lui avons trouvé aucun goût. Nous avons bu chacun un verre à la recherche d’une saveur ou d’un arôme, mais rien. Nous avons ouvert une autre bouteille moins chère et tout à fait agréable. Je vais devoir malheureusement utiliser le Kirwan pour faire la sauce d’un bœuf bourguignon pour ne pas tout perdre. La sauce me coûtera plus cher que la viande et je ne suis même pas certaine qu’elle sera bonne.
On ne peut pas évaluer un prix uniquement sur un nom prestigieux. On attend au moins le plaisir de la dégustation.
Je mets une étoile, puisqu'il n’est pas possible de ne pas en mettre.
Merci au propriétaire de Delhaize Jambes qui nous a très gentiment proposé de nous rembourser la bouteille de vin. C’est un très beau geste.
En ce qui concerne l'étoile unique, je n'avais pas compris qu’il s'agissait d'évaluer le magasin, l'étoile unique était pour le vin.
