Avant toute chose, je précise que je fais mes courses toutes les semaines dans ce magasin. J'ai ce jour malheureusement vécu une expérience pas très agréable avec un caissier dont ce n'est pas la fonction habituelle, qui n'avait, tout comme moi, pas connaissance de la façon d'utiliser les timbres électroniques,qui s'est obstiné à ne rien vouloir entendre ce même si une responsable lui a indiqué qu'il ne devait pas s'acharner pour qques timbres, je présise que j'avais bien assez de timbres papier pour couvrir le nombre de plats mais que je ne voulais pas perdre les points électroniques que ma fille m'avait envoyé. Je lui ai alors demandé s'il me prenait pour une menteuse malhonnête, il s'est emballé en disant que c'était moi qui l'avait traîté de menteur, a quitté sa caisse pour aller chercher un autre employé, imaginez ma gène, incroyable alors que j'étais dans mon bon droit ! Cet autre employé m'a expliqué avec gentillesse et politesse comment cela fonctionnait. Morale de l'histoire si un employé n'a pas les connaissances, l'amabilité et l'empathie indispensable dans une fonction de vente il ne faut pas qu'il se retrouve en caisse face à des clients. J'attribue malgré tout une bonne note au magasin car cette mauvaise expérience ne reflète pas le service habituel mais comme il n'est pas possible d'envoyer un mail au magasin je m'exprime via un avis google
