Je suis très satisfait de « mon » Delhaize. Les collaborateurs sont tous très sympas … sauf un, un étudiant paraît-il, de 27 ans assez costaud qui lui est particulièrement désagréable. Je fus terriblement surpris de constater plusieurs reprises qu’il fouillait d’autorité les sacs des clients se présentant à sa caisse ou à la dual…..sans que ceux-ci aient le temps de réagir
Je suis d’autant plus surpris de cette manière de faire que c’est totalement illégale et en contravention avec le RGPD…. Je me permets de vous rappeler que plusieurs supermarchés se sont déjà vu imposer des amendes assez lourdes pour de tels comportements .
En ce qui me concerne il ne m’a jamais « fait le coup » et, j’ose l’espérer ne le fera jamais.
Quoi qu’il en soit, sans vouloir m’immiscer dans le management, peut-être serait-il néanmoins opportun de rappeler cette personne à l’ordre.

Ce supermarché est semblable à tout les autres. Sauf que là, il est ouvert le dimanche.
