As a young retiree, I still enjoy browsing from one shop to another. Today, October 5th, I visited the Delhaize in Liège Ardentes. From the moment I entered, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked store, with fully stocked refrigerators. The fruit and vegetable section was quite impressive for a Monday. Next came a well-presented wine fair with a tasting that allowed us to discover the promotions. I continued my visit and, to my amazement, the aisles were magnificent; everything was in order, each item in its place. I continued my stroll and found the same delight at the butcher's, the cheese counter, and the fishmonger's. And I finished with a flourish: the beverage aisle. As a former soldier, I appreciated the meticulous precision with which all the drinks were arranged. Everything was perfectly organized, nothing was missing—a true visual pleasure. My congratulations to all the staff; a superb discovery! I will gladly return.

We came to discover the Delhaize Liège Ardente during the open house at the new Cora shopping center, and we were truly pleasantly surprised!
It was the perfect opportunity to take our time exploring the store, discovering the different counters, and enjoying the many tastings on offer. We were able to chat with the staff, and frankly, the welcome was fantastic. From the manager to the people working in the cheese and deli sections, everyone was smiling, helpful, and very friendly. We also had the chance to taste wine and discover various products in a really pleasant atmosphere.
The store itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and perfectly organized. The aisles are well laid out, and the overall impression is one of a very pleasant shopping experience. As always with Delhaize, there's a great selection, with a wide variety of products and a particular focus on quality.
The checkout layout is also well thought out, with both traditional staffed checkouts and numerous self-service lanes, allowing customers to choose based on their habits and the store's popularity.
While I personally probably won't do all my shopping there regularly since I have other stores closer to home, if I'm in the area or the store is on my way, I'll definitely go back. The quality of the products, the selection, and the service are all excellent.
A wonderful discovery and a store that, in my opinion, lives up to Delhaize's reputation. A friendly team, a modern and well-organized store, a great selection, and quality products: what more could you ask for?
