It is my favorite store, and I especially happy they took proper time and effort to renovate it. Thanks for improving the store! I have made couple of groceries already after renovation and have couple of thought that may be considered for make it even better.
Firstly I think boucherie is not yet serving its full potential: not much is a change compare to standard meat range available. It is mostly concentrated to serve bbq or charcuterie proposal. Yet I would suggest to enhance it further to have meatloaf, chorizos, some other new and home cooking oriented dishes. Moreover current charcutierie is not served well. Mortadella was sliced super thick and heavy. I would suggest to take example of Sita where they do it super thin. Packaging could be improved as well, lady just dropped all bbq meat and charcuterie in one bag with no proper folding.
Secondly I would still suggest to refurbish the payment corner for self scan. Currently it is too small creating bottleneck and queues.
I hope this could be considered, the shop is great and people working there are very nice!
